the short, honest version
Princefizz Art is a small independent business run by Ko in Glasgow, Scotland. This note explains what happens to your details when you subscribe to the newsletter. It is written to be readable rather than lawyerly.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, I store the email address you enter and the date you signed up. To help prevent spam sign-ups I also briefly record the IP address the request came from. That's it — no names, no tracking profiles.
So I can email you occasionally about new product drops, convention dates and the odd discount code. I rely on your consent, which you give by ticking nothing fancy — just entering your email and pressing subscribe on the form that says exactly this will happen.
Your email is stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare and is never sold, rented or handed to third parties for their own marketing. It's only ever used to send you the Princefizz newsletter.
Until you unsubscribe, or until the newsletter winds down. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email I send.
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely — just email ko.gara06@gmail.com and I'll sort it out. If you're in the UK or EU and unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can also complain to the ICO.
