Princefizz Art is a small independent business run by Ko in Glasgow, Scotland. This note explains what happens to your details when you subscribe to the newsletter or send a commission enquiry. It is written to be readable rather than lawyerly.
Newsletter: the email address you enter, the date you signed up and the consent wording you agreed to. To help prevent spam sign-ups I also record the IP address and browser signature the request came from. No names, no tracking profiles.
Commission enquiries: the name, email, optional Discord handle and the details/reference links you put in the form, plus the date, the request's IP address and browser signature.
Back-in-stock alerts: the email address you enter and which product you asked about, plus the date, IP address and browser signature, so I can send you a single email when that product returns.
Reviews: reviews shown on this site display a first name and last initial only. That's also all the site itself stores about the reviewer.
The newsletter email lets me tell you occasionally about new drops, convention dates and the odd discount code. Commission details let me understand your idea and reply with a quote. A back-in-stock email is used once, to tell you the product you asked about is available again. In every case I rely on your consent, which you give on the form before submitting.
Your details are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare and are never sold, rented or handed to third parties for their own marketing. Your email is only ever used for the thing you gave it to me for.
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, or until the newsletter winds down; you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email I send. Back-in-stock requests are kept until the notification is sent. Commission enquiries are kept while we're talking and for my records of the order afterwards.
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely — just email ko.gara06@gmail.com and I'll sort it out. If you're in the UK or EU and unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can also complain to the ICO.
